You will either need to lose some weight or gain some depending on your preferences.
But if you are under 20% you might want to put some muscle and add some healthy fats to your diet.

This exercise is to build your hourglass!
I don’t know where the name comes from but the exercise is great.
Now the instructions are very simple.
Try doing these exercise 3-4 times a week. And let your body rest.
Resting is part of the training, without it you will burnout and harm your body.
Beginners: 2-3 sets 15 reps each.
Intermediate/Advanced: 3-4 sets 15-20 reps each.
After the second week you will start seeing results and your motivation will grow a bunch!
Don’t forget to rest.
Try sleeping an extra hour. It helps a loooot.
